DELIVERY

  • All deliveries within the UK are free of charge.​

  • Allow 2-3 working days from the despatch date, for products to arrive within the UK.

  • There is an additional cost of £10 for international delivery.

  • Allow 5-7 working days from the despatch date, for products to arrive internationally.

  • Allow at least 3 weeks for the creation and delivery of any custom made pieces.

  • All jewellery comes in cotton pouches suitable for safe storing in the future.

  • All packaging is made of natural materials, is 100% eco-friendly and compostable.

RETURNS

  • All requests for returns and refunds are accepted within the period of 14 days upon purchase.

  • A proof of purchase is required in order for the refund or exchange process to begin.

  • Returned items are accepted so long as they ​have not been used and are in the same condition as when received.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, using tracked postal services.

  • No refund or exchange can be processed if an item is not returned safely and intact.

  • Delivery charges for returning items are solely the customers responsibility. These will not be refunded.

  • Returns are at the customer's own risk. Successful receipt of your shipped items cannot be guaranteed. It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver all items safely and securely. In the unlikely event that your item is not received by the store, you would need to contact the delivery company to resolve the issue.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Custom made pieces are exempt for returns.

  • Items damaged due to the customers fault are not eligible for returns.

  • All other items can be refunded or exchanged for ones of the same or higher value, wherever applicable, you will be required to pay the remaining amount. 

  • If you wish to exchange an item for others of a lower value than the amount paid upon purchase, you will receive store credit for the remaining amount which can be used for future purchases.

  • All store credit must be used within six (6) months.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, it is required that you contact the store immediately. A description of the damage, preferably accompanied by a photograph, is required.

  • All items will be assessed for damage before any refunds are made.

  • Items found to be damaged due to the customers fault will not be refunded.

  • Defective items that are eligible for returns, can be exchanged for the same item or be refunded.

  • You can also exchange them for other items of the same value.

  • If you choose to exchange them for items of a higher value you will be required to pay the remaining amount.

  • If you wish to exchange a defective item for others of a lower value, you will receive store credit for the remaining amount which can be used for future purchases.

  • All store credit must be used within six (6) months.

GIFTED ITEMS

  • Gifted items can not be refunded.

  • If you receive an item as a gift and you wish to return it, you are eligible to store credit of the amount paid which can be used for a future purchase.

  • You can exchange the product for other products of the same or higher value, wherever applicable, you will be required to pay the remaining amount. 

  • If you wish to exchange a gifted item for others of a lower value, you will receive store credit for the remaining amount which can be used for future purchases.

  • All store credit must be used within six (6) months.
