MATTEREALITY

This is a series of pieces created to explore the lightness of matter.
My interest is focused on the fragility of building materials.
Their substance makes them durable and suitable to hold together big structures.
Here I experiment with antithesis using these materials as items that need to be supported by a structure.

Materials: Expanding foam, stainless steel, staple, copper.
